Day two of the ARISS SSTV commemoration of Owen Garriott has commenced and with it I have received 2 more perfect images from the series of twelve!
Images 5 and 6 were from a 26 degree pass over my QTH at 4:18 PM CDT. Thankfully a decent elevation above the roofline and as such allowed an optimal line of sight to the ISS. Alongside that pass, at approximately 5:56 PM CDT I recorded another 16 degree pass and successfully acquired images 3 and 4 too! And finally, at about 9:10 PM CDT I grabbed one final pass and got image 2 (didn’t have) and 3 again. 5 more to go!
